Properties we review

We consider single-family houses, two- to four-family properties, condos, co-ops, inherited homes, occupied rentals, vacant properties, houses needing substantial repairs, and vacant land throughout New York City, Long Island, and nearby New York areas.

How our process works

Owners submit the property address, contact information, condition, occupancy, and preferred timeline. We review the location, comparable sales, repairs, title considerations, access, and likely project costs. If the property may fit our criteria, we contact the owner to discuss the details and a possible direct purchase offer.

A clear choice—not a guarantee

Submitting a property is free and creates no obligation to sell. Not every property will fit our acquisition criteria, and a direct offer is generally below full retail market value in exchange for condition flexibility, privacy, and a simpler process. Owners remain free to compare a traditional listing or another selling option.
